This place is terrible and the company is impossible to reach. Back in early June of this year, my girlfriend and I visited Miami. We originally booked Sixt rental through Expedia, with the partial insurance coverage through Expedia. Upon pick up we were upcharged for insurance. Went back and spoke to the representative, Julian L, and told us to not worry and it wont be charged. After returning the car, we were charge for the insurance he told us not to worry about. We’ve tried calling and emailing with no response or the phone calls would “drop”. EDIT JULIAN L AT Miami IS GARBAGE. You say “email us” but it takes a month for a generic response, & no refund. I wasted almost $260 on this trash service. They don’t care if they up charge you; all in all make sure you have everything already set before you arrive to Miami if you use this joke for rent a car. I’d suggest another service. I’ve had this debate since June & it’s September. They don’t care, just want your money.

One way rental is always possible but extra fees may apply. Usually you can't rent for 4 hours only the minimum is 24 hours this is common with all mayor rental services. Check out the Sixt website, there you can get all necessary infos
