HORRIBLE COMPANY. The brackets to my running boards rusted after 4 months of basic use. The boards themselves started peeling. I reached out to the company about warranty guarantees and Colin responded via email and asked for pics, I sent them over a month ago and have emailed 2x again since. I’ve also called 2x and left messages. No response to any communication. Next stop will by contacting the Consumer Affairs Office of my state’s Attorney General. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND RUNNINGBOARDS WAREHOUSE.

It has been 34 weeks since I filed a warranty claim. I have never heard anything back, not an email, not a call.....nothing. Paint fell off my runningboards withing 3 months of owning them. Do Not believe that they will warranty anything, because they won't.

I ordered a wire mesh grille off of Amazon and it came with a bunch of the decorative plastic studs broken and missing. I received it during the Coronapocalypse so I thought it was going to be hard to get hold of APS But the day after the country started opening up a few businesses I was in contact with them. I ordered my grille from Amazon from the "used" section but it said new with damaged packaging. APS Could have easily told me no but they sent the replacement studs and I received them within 2 days of making my first contract. I saw the other reviews but I personally had no problem getting hold of them both by phone or email. I truly appreciate the service I received
