Everything was going well, paid online in the store after paying i was told that i cant use a debit car i need a credit card but they took the money out. Now i have to wait a week to receive my money back which is meant for a rental, now i wont be able to rent!

Try to exchange a vehicle because of blood stains in the ceiling and they would not honor the exchange even tho the customer service rep advice me to go anywhere. Very poor customer service. Many cars on the lot and the could not exchange 1 vehicle.
