Can I just go to see a view

Just say you are going up for drinks at the bar and when you get there just say you want to inspect the venue for a future event you want to host so you just want a visual walk through. They will leave you alone.

There's an observation deck with a 360-degree view on the 70th floor. It costs $25. You'd spend more at the bar.

I think you could just go look but it's worth having a drink and slowly working your way all the way around the restaurant to get the whole view. Just order a soda water!

I did not get escorted by a security guard , so you can go check it out and decide you don't want to stay and come down

you know samantha campos, they might let you in, you do not need a reservation unless you want a table by the window, you can just go have a drink in the bar, best thing....call I am pretty sure they let you go just to sheck it out....

You can go have a drink, but you are escorted up there by a security guard, so lookie loos may be frowned upon.

I believe so, you can get there without reservation. Of course it's a Restaurant + bar + lounge therefore if you plan to stay longer you may end up being asked to get a drink or something, just my 2 cts

Yes. I would just hangout at the bar. Know one would know if you bought a drink or not.
