If it's an offered reservation, then you should be fine. Service is quick and the courses are spaced very well.
There are walls and plenty of strong heaters to keep you warm. I went here on a cold night and was very comfortable.
I believe so. I saw people bringing things like flowers, presents, and balloons. They can probably accommodate you and maybe even help present the cake.
There are gluten free options. Server will always ask if you have specific allergies
1 month. If it's just 2 people you can eat at the bar. Not long of wait and you have cool to look at while you wait.
I would try to get at least one more person for your reso. Otherwise, call in and let the restaurant know. They should accommodate
