Good quality and tasty combinations. It's ok to order burgers medium rare! Ketchup leather has a strong tomato flavor, in a good way. The pig candy is so good. The cheese is melty perfect! Read about the umami cheese created there. Burgers include skin on fries with other options available with an upcharge. The onion rings are fantabulous! Best ever. The burger got a little dry by the edges. I prefer a messy juicy bite. It's a bit pricey with burgers around $23 including a side of the delicious fries. An iced tea is $5. An IPA is $10. Total $40/person including tax and tip.

Sat outside on the patio. A little loud, but definitely a great environment. Had the Chef's choice burger - GREAT! Tomato leather sounds weird or not desirable, but it is SO GOOD. I'm sold on tomato leather on a burger. Tastes like ketchup but doesn't make a mess.

My girlfriend brought me here.. Talking about a Burger that she had like 3 years ago she said was her favorite Burger. This Burger had a fried egg ketchup leather which was interesting but good A crunchy cheese wafer And it had ground up bacon in the Burger and Whole pieces of bacon on the Burger. I had them cook it to medium. That was a damn good Burger. Highly recommend the place. It's on my list of top best burgers.

Omg we loved the portobello mushroom swiss burger. The Buffalo cauliflower also tasted great. I had the watermelon paloma and it was delicious as well... The asada fries were pretty good as well. The sweet potato fries came with peach ketchup and they were so good. First time trying this place.
