This was one of the best customer experiences I've had a long time! We were looking for a mobile RV service to perform warranty work, after Blue Dog RV (where we purchased our 5th wheel for lots of money) failed to return several calls to their service dept and when I finally got through told us they were booked out for several months. I called P&M and spoke to office staffperson who was friendly and helpful, made it easy to schedule in a timely manner and told me what I needed to do to get the warranty work done. Technician called us the day of the service to let us know he'd be a few minutes late, and when he arrived he was competent, professional and courteous. Got the job done and they even sent in the paperwork to get us reimbursed from the RV manufacturer - we got our check less than 2 weeks later! A breath of fresh air after several negative experiences with Blue Dog. Great customer service still exists! We highly recommend P&M RV Repair and will be back!
