I don't work there but these guys bend over backwards to help and always help me load and unload while I am there at the shop! Won't hurt to ask?
No! Call us up and tell us you want to set up an appointment. We will fill out a service order and it will go in line with the other service orders. When your service order comes up to be worked on we will call you to tell you we are ready to work on your mower and when you bring your mower in it will usually be just a day or two unless there is a need to order a part that we don't have in stock. This way, you will be able to use your mower up until the time you bring it in.
