Since I bought my new innersoles, my feet have definitely improved. The price, however is pretty darn steep it seems to me. I did get credit for the old non-lifetime ones I bought on a cruise, however. I didn't learn about additional charges(the foam innersoles) until I was JUST making the purchase. So that added more cost. So,my feet are worth it but......hard to swallow the price.

We had been watching commercials for years. With back, neck, and knee issues, and after many different treatments, we decided to stop in. Steph was our sales person in Spokane. She was very knowledgeable and personable. After a lengthy presentation we signed on to a life long program. I am very impressed with her follow-up and openly staying in touch with us. I only have one issue. The price is crazy expensive. If you are a Veteran looking for a discount for your service to your country, there is no Veteran discount. The inserts absolutely work, almost instantly. Would have given a 5 star rating had the price not been a little out there. Again, this does work!

We did not buy here salesman expresses himself as though he alone knows what my feet feel like and he doesn't need to listen the customer. He was more put out when it doesn't work. Did not even ask wich shoe I liked brought the other one that I didn't and swore they were better than any other shoes I have rudely. Those had no heel support. I have been trying to find a good pair of shoes wide half size. I wear new balance but this kids was to cocky so I did not even try the ones they had there.I can get them at another store anyway without his help.

I felt like I received a detailed understanding of what would be helpful for dealing with plantar faceitous. The salesperson took a lot of time explaining and trying the inserts to alleviate pain in my foot. I have been using the inserts regularly for about 2 weeks and feel some level of comfort but still hope for more improvement. The cost was more than I anticipated, but if they continue to provide improvement, it will be worth it.

They don't fit in my heels, but all the rest of them they do. Pretty spendy, though.
