Coming from Tarzana to the Wiltern for a show two weeks ago, we were stuck trying to find a place for dinner when we stumbled across Sal's online and decided to check it out. We could not have been more pleased from start to finish. First off, Liz is outstanding (Pittsburgh Steelers fandom aside - inside joke)! Food was quick, hot, and SO good! My wife loved the veggie burger with Caesar salad and I loved my salmon panini with sweet potato fries. So much so that when we got tickets to a show last night at the Wilshire Ebell, we went straight back to Sal's, ordered the exact same items, and still loved them! (and Liz was there, too and remembered even quirky things about our order from the week before - we've lived in the valley for years and I don't recall a single server with such attention to detail - Liz is a rock star!). If I could pick the whole place up and drop it on Ventura Blvd anywhere between Sherman Oaks and Calabasas I would in a heartbeat. Can't wait for the next excuse to head over the hill!

They have amazing food and service! It’s absolutely worth paying a few dollars extra than you otherwise would for that guaranteed quality. Not to mention their mimosas absolutely hit.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and it was such an amazing experience. Definitely a huge shout out to our amazing waitress Liz!!!!! She was hilarious and just fantastic!!🙌🙌🙌 We’ll definitely be talking about this place when we’re back home. But whenever we come back to LA, we’ll definitely stop by again for that LOBSTER MAC AND CHEESE! 🦞🧀 I already can’t wait. 🤤

Super yummy food! Like really good, mimosas and great staff! Me and my friend are in town for the weekend and these are the most affordable mimosas we've had all weekend! (4.00-4.50) loved it and would recommend highly super affordable for the area --- edit-- My friend and I who both ate got food poisening and started having stomach issues about 4 hours after eating. Food was good but it seems that there may be an issue with the eggs as that's the common ingredient in our meals.
