Our sales person Nate was excellent. He explained our options, details about the car, followed up to make sure our car was everything we wanted and answered all my billing questions. Terry from financing also did an excellent job - everything was complete and ready for me. Both Nate and Terry were personable and friendly, very easy to work with. I don’t like buying cars because it is usually a 4-5 hour process but I was completely finished in under 2 hours! I was shocked and thrilled. Thank you for making my experience exceptional! My Dad is at the age where he is too old to drive. He has a, I think 2006 Ford Focus he bought from you guys. I am moving him to N.C., and want to liquidate his car. Do you buy used cars without buying a new one? Thanks

I have a 2007 ford exp sport trac....am searching for a step down step to go on my running board. Have heard that a Ford company may have these? This is to help me get into my truck instead of a step stool. Do you have this/price

There is a truck parts store on Argonne close to the fresh fruit stand that will have a less expensive step, try them if you strike out at the Ford dealer

Time for the first oil change (3000 miles) on my F-150 with a 2.7 L Ecoboost. Is it better for the engine to use a synthetic blend or straight synthetic? Also which brandbof oil and weight?

I am no longer a Gus Johnson Ford customer. Caught them falsifying maintenance records causing me large unneeded expense. I would not trust them to actually put in the more expensive oil I paid for. There are better reputable Ford dealers nearby.
