Why is it so hard to get to speak to the operator /live person to ask questions?I tried to get to speak to anybody in the consulate ,but for two days was ..not able to speak to one over the phone. I am 92 years old and need to ask questions .

Yes, same with me send them a question through their website but to no response. Not everyone has a FB, really sucks

They don't advise to call, you can contact them on their Facebook (FB) page. Go to tbe SF consulare website, focus your attention to the left of the site and look for a blue icon with a white squiggly line. Click that so you can send them a message on their FB page. Good luck sir!
