AmCit or not, i believe doesnt matter... only if you are senior or with kids that you can go to the express lane receptionist 2nd floor... thats it. Not on the processing 4th or 5th floor where everyone is EQUALLY WAITING BURNING CHAIRS!
You can walk in. Once you check in at the front desk you will go through security and pick up a ticket at the kiosk... At the kiosk you will be able to choose which service you are there for.
