When should i apply for renewal of my passport which will expire on May14, 2019? Should i apply personally at the embassy n how much wlli it cost n how long will it take to process it.

According to their website, you should have your renewed passport 9 months prior to the expiration date. Apply in person and regarding the costs, I posted a picture of the costs of their services.
