Yes, you can get a passport at this location. You need to make an appointment online first, and you also can do part of the application process online when you make the appointment. Also, for an additional fee (I think $15) they'll also take your photograph; I did that both to save hassle and also to make sure my photo was the correct size because I'd read that having the wrong size photo was the most common reason that passport applications were rejected. The person at the Front Street Post Office who helped me with my passport application was very nice and very helpful.
Yes it does, best to get there early. They do close for lunch then reopen after. Very nice people at this location and they take the passport photos.
