The SC Metro has rising above my expectations during this pandemic. In March when this all started I found the transit busses a safe haven when I stepped on to them. The new busses are better designed for adapting to Covid19 standards than the old ones. They still are meeting their expectations. Thank you to the drivers for being here when we needed you. ✌️

Unreliable bus system, their bus schedule is more like an orientative bus arrival. Their customer service isn't good either. Consider convincing 3 people to hop in a Uber with you if you take the 17 bus.

No unfortunately the lobby is temporary closed I work for the security team we only have the Metro mart open and there adjusted hours are 7am to useually about 5 pm now
Santa Cruz Metro runs every day of the year. Saturday Sunday the schedule is different than during the week Monday through Friday service. On holidays such as Christmas new year's Thanksgiving Fourth of July Labor Day Memorial Day we offer Highway 17 service but no local service. On other holidays such as Martin Luther King and other similar holidays to this we do offer weekend service.

Take the 17 subway bus, to San Jose, and then take the train to Oakland
