The Santa Cruz location on soquel avenue is just great. The staff is supportive and the members as far as I've been there do not engage in shaming.

Went to do a trial membership at this place and received the email and text message confirmation but the lady wouldn't let me use this even though I had just moved to the area. Didn't offer an explanation just rudely stated....we don't do that here. I'm very disappointed and I feel discriminated against. This happens a lot and I know that in smaller towns jews are not as well received in larger areas but I didn't expect this from a large corporation.

Signed up for the free 3 day trial pass through the 24 hour fitness website to try out gyms in the area. Arrived, and front desk person said it doesn’t apply at this location. Was charged $20 bucks for day pass. Don’t mind paying but it’s about the principles.

Out of all the 24 hour fitness this is by far the least kept. Always dirty and change rooms are shocking. I've travelled a lot so like the super sport gums but I have no clue why this is a super sport. First time in over ten years I've looked at other gym membership. Equipment is broken so often. Sign in picture saying will be fixed today has been there over a week.

Depends on the membership you purchased. I have the one from Costco and can go to any 24 hour. You should call and check.
24hr is a nice place for working out, huge swimming pool, sauna a whirl pool. One HUGE PROBLEM. it takes them forever to do repairs. The Handicap shower has been broken since November, dirty men's dressing room, on and on.........
