BUYER BEWARE THE WARRANTY IS GARBAGE CC is paper thin DON’T BUY SANTA CRUZ!!! My wife and I bought our 1st ever new bikes (Nomad V4 and Juliana Strega) because of the”lifetime warranty”. BOTH frames cracked in the EXACT same place under the shuttle guard MY WIFE IS ONLY 110 lbs!!!! Santa Cruz denied both warranty claims making us pay thousands for new frames. Even though this was a KNOWN Issue on these bikes because they significantly oversized and strengthened this area on the next version. SHAME ON YOU SC!!!! They also took 8 months to get me a replacement then promptly launched a new model SIGNIFICANTLY decreasing the value of the replacement!!!! DON’T BUY SANTA CRUZ BIKES EVER!!!!

A high-end bicycle store located at Mission street California. They showcase santa cruz whole bikes and have a bike mechanic area inside. They have a large couch for customers too. staff are friendly. hope to visit again

As with most manufacturers sometimes, though unfortunate, product recalls are required. My bicycle of which I purchased directly from a authorize Santa Cruz retailer was recalled. I follow the process as directed by the manufacture. However during the transportation of my bicycle to the third-party who was doing the inspections there was multiple things damaged on my bicycle and things that were initially installed on my bike that were not returned when my bike came back to the bike shop. The local bike shop did their best to make it right but I felt it was important that I communicated my frustrations to Santa Cruz directly and I did that via email. Today I received a personal phone call from Miguel at Santa Cruz who not only apologized but is replacing all the parts that were missing or damaged on my bicycle Miguel just made me a Santa Cruz customer for life! It’s one thing for a company to make a mistake and offer a solution it’s another thing for someone form that company to take time out of their day and call an individual customer directly and make it right. I’m a Happy Customer and would highly recommend Santa Cruz

Just my two cents but dollars to donuts the Blur is by far my favorite all around FS offered by SC. Sometimes a company will acatully build a sturdy, responsive, all around great bike that goes under the radar (Even if it has been around the company going on two decades). If it works don't fix it.
