Very well stocked bike shop with lots of high end mountain bikes. They had both models i was interested in ( trek fuel ex 9.9 and trek top fuel 9.9) . I was able to ride both which made my decision very easy! A nice salesperson and pleasant atmosphere made this trip from Oakland worth the drive!

Great service. My husband and I love our electric bikes and part of that is the service we get at Epicenter Cycling. Everyone is on top of things. They are creative. They figure out what we want and match our needs to what they can provide. And free ongoing maintanence checkups are fabulous.

We liked the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. We were initially greeted by Tim but Taylor (she was helping out from the Monterey store) ended up helping us. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly. Could tell they knew what they were talking about and were more than happy to help us out. Taylor helped us go from knowing nothing to having bikes helmets locks and lights picked out. She educated us on everything we were looking at so we knew how to pick what we wanted for ourselves and we knew we were getting the right things. She made sure we got the bikes we wanted and were going to work best for our needs. I’ll be shopping here from now on. And this will be the only bike shop I recommend to others. Thank you.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. Selection is good considering pandemic/supply chain issues. The rental program is excellent so you can rent the bike you want before you buy. I will not purchase anywhere else even though I am not local. I am a customer for life. Really great experiences at both Aptos and Santa Cruz stores. Epicenter cycling offer bikes that really do change lives!
