I canceled an order Friday, October 5 for $2360.82 with Jessica. She was wonderful, but the credit has not shown up on my Chase card ending in 8245. I have called the store many times and they just hang up. I hate to call Chase and dispute.

Mary on my honest opinion, normaly takes like 4 to 6 weeks when you cancel a service o returned a product and get your reimbursement
