They are HORRIBLE!!! Multiple failed deliveries, customer service couldn't figure out where my order was, furniture finally showed up but was horribly damaged. The absolute worst store I've ever dealt with. Definitely go somewhere else.
@paul brown so the deliverys are bad? Thank you, as good as the people may be can't trust them if they use shoddy delivery. Sounds like they're making up for low prices by shipping with cheap companies. Not a good product if the Ashley employee don't care what happens to your purchase once they sell it to you.
best furniture and the best price.....they use self contractors for delivery.....not Ashley employees
My mother received a recliner that wouldn't....RECLINE! She received an entire power living room set so didn't check each individual seat before the delivery men left. Delivery men are contractors and don't care. Called them back in less than 10 mins and they said we had to call customer service. Ashley wouldn't send a new one since she signed for it, and it took two months for my mother's recliner to be repaired by a tech. The tech- Jeremy was the only pleasant part of this experience. He was absolutely awesome. He found a tear in the motor wire so as I always knew, my mother had received a defective recliner. Thank You to tech Jeremy, and Jeremy only. If you shop at Ashley do not sign for the delivery without checking every detail and feature on your furniture.
Terrible customer service, my dresser was purchased 9/2021 and it's been rescheduled for delivery 4 times then it was canceled, when I inquired as to why and by whom, they took my information down and never returned my call. Only good thing is, it was purchased with their credit so wasn't charged until delivery....never again!!! By the way found same Ashley dresser on Amazon cheaper and they delivered in 4 days and took it upstairs for only $20 more, love Amazon!
I agree. Unethical business practices. I wish I never stepped foot in the store! How do they have 4 stars on here??

I should have read this sooner because I am experiencing the same nightmare and horrible customer service with them now. I was told last month that the furniture I purchased was in stock and was given a set delivery date. Since then, my order has been delayed 3 times with no guarantee of when I can receive it. So frustrating and the employees and managers there are unsympathetic and don’t wear masks.
Literally the WORST place to purchase furniture. I can't wait to payoff my credit card, close it out, and be done with Ashley for GOOD.
