Quality seems good but inventory is limited and everything is overpriced. The catalogues you look through don't show prices on anything so you don't know how much items cost until the sales associate looks that up on the manufacturers website. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable however.

Purchased custom made chairs for my home brought the extended warranty and cannot get them to honor it. I would not recommend This place they are crooks!!!

So disappointed! I had high hopes for McCreery’s. I drove 40 minutes with the intent to by a new living room set and a new desk for my home office. I wandered the store for 40 minutes with not even a single acknowledgement let alone an offer to help from one of the salespeople. I even walked by a salesperson who said nothing to me but eagerly greeted 2 ladies who walked by shortly after me. A different salesperson even checked in with a guy just sitting on a couch staring at his phone. Perhaps it was because I was dressed casually, or shopping on my own or somehow appeared that I wasn’t a serious shopper. You know what they say, never make assumptions. In the case it cost McCreery’s a big sale.

We were looking to upgrade our present living room furniture and we were allowed to roam the store at our leisure but Greg was very accommodating with any questions we had! I would rate McCreery's as Sacramento's better Home furnishing Store! Best selections around!
