Customer service has improved but I have had difficulty with delivery's and returning defective products.

Has anyone else had nightmarish experiences here? I just got a house and need to furnish it, but some people I know have either had to jump through hoops to get their purchase delivered or had the furniture show up damaged! Is this commom?

Do they do applications thru the online or by the phone?
I canceled an order Friday, October 5 for $2360.82 with Jessica. She was wonderful, but the credit has not shown up on my Chase card ending in 8245. I have called the store many times and they just hang up. I hate to call Chase and dispute.
