After alot of shopping around, I purchased a sectional from Kevin, at Furniture Time. He was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. I finally decided on a beautiful brown sectional,on sale, with recliner and bluetooth speakers (killed 2 birds with 1 stone) Kevin stated that there was 1 more at the warehouse, and ensured me that I would not be getting the one on display. The delivery men were great. They made sure everything worked and showed me how to put it together. It was a hot day, I showed my appreciation with towels for their faces, cold Root Beers, and tips, as well. I showed them a few places where the sectional was damaged, a few small knicks. They said it was picked up from the warehouse in that condition. No biggie. A few days later my couch started the Crack and peel. I had to leave town on an emergency and when I returned and began to sit on the couch, it peeled more and more. My couch has so many bare areas, there is no way it can be new. AND on top of that, my recliner stopped working. When I looked under the couch, I saw that the bar had been fixed with zip ties, and they had broken...ZIP TIES?!?! I returned to the store to let them know about the bare spots and the broken recliner. I also wanted my money back for a coffee and end table that I had on layaway. After a brief back and forth about As Is sales, Kevin refunded my money back for the coffee and end table and said he would send someone over to "fix" my recliner. I was turned off by the whole sale and want nothing else to do with this place. People need to learn that CLIENTELE is more valuable than a 1 time sale. And We gotta do better in how we treat each other.

I drove to about 10 places on a Monday afternoon with my friend. We saw some great couches, all were about the same and I had kinda made up my mind on what I wanted when we decided to see what furniture time had to offer. After 10 stores it was nice to be greeted and asked some questions, so far people had just mumbled a "hello" and barely engaged. The man there was excellent. He chatted us up and met our energy level perfectly. He was patient and excited to let us try out 10 different models as we browsed. He offered me a deal right away when I explained that I loved one couch and saw it in another store. It was nice that he was engaging with discussions of money, and had an open an honest manner. I went home, measured my space and came back ready to buy. I was happy with the price I paid and we set up a delivery time. Unfortunately they had to reschedule a day later but the apologies were genuine and he let me choose a new day. The delivery guys unboxed my couches outside. Brought them upstairs and put the feet on. They placed the couches into the space we needed and were kind and fast. It was over 100 degrees outside and I was happy to not have to do all this myself. I was also happy to offer them some cold drinks and tip these hard working men. Thank ypu furniture time for making me a great deal and making this process fun and easy. I love my couch and I've already started telling people where to go! My husband and cat also love it, we are a happy, comfortable family, thanks to you!
