Kevin Hall was the best car salesman I could have asked for! I bought my first car all by myself yesterday and not only was Kevin super helpful, but he was DETERMINED to get me into what I wanted. I'm only 19 so it was a process, but he was very motivating and made the process 100x easier to do and to understand. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle here and if you do, use Kevin Hall! :)

Two stars because they had the truck I wanted and we made a deal. Good sales experience. Also two stars because you can’t talk to any service advisors before scheduling. Left multiple messages with no call back. Was able to get Beechmont Toyota and Joseph Toyota on the phone though. If you’re looking for a good buying and service experience, go to Beechmont. I bought my last Toyota there and tried to go back but they didn’t have the inventory. I also had my roof rack installed at Joseph because Performance was a flop with that as well. If you’re looking for grade A service, this isn’t the place. I only gave it two stars due to the sale.
