Kelley rocks! Courteous and prompt with everything you need! The only issue is noisy neighbors. Towards the front of the park, there are at least two residents with thumping car and/or house stereos. I'm not sure how much longer I can live here. It's really painful to my ears. Sad thing is that the police don't seem to take the reports seriously. It's getting old. This is BY FAR the noisiest place I have EVER lived.
