Horrible place the services there are almost non existent, my mother is there now as I right this doing everything in my power to get her out of there. Place has virtually no air conditioning has been well into the hundreds and while visiting with my mother it was at least 90° in there people were lying in there own sweat. Dr. Visits are non existent as well would not even send my own dog there.

Was making a delivery to this facility and witnessed patient abuse before I even got inside. Was walking in front door as a patient was trying to come out in wheel chair. Nurse or whatever she was attempted to bring her back in. Patient splashed a bit water on her and the nurse HIT this eighty something year old woman! Over a bit of water on her shirt! Then whined like a child that her shirt was wet and she has an appointment to go to! If she is willing to hit a patient in front of 2 total strangers walking in, what is she doing when no one is looking? They refused to give me the nurses name when I called but filed report with ombudsman anyways. Regret not calling police then and there. Don’t send your loved ones here.
