You'd be better off going down to the Voodoo Authentica store just down the street. Things are actually labeled and there are people there willing to answer questions and they don't charge you to be there.
The tour does explore some heavy subjects and emblems of mortality are prevalent. For me, as a 10 year old kid, that would have been AWESOME... However, for others maybe not so much.
I think kids would be bored with the tour
Very small, crowded and cluttered. We had no tour guide, just a paper to read and give back.
I loved this place but I wouldn't take kids there. It's small and cluttered. And kids might find it boring.
It is crowded and small in there. The people are extremely kind. We had two adults who were developmentally disabled and they were very patient and kind to them
My mother and stepfather give the tours there, so i can say with certainty that the shop would be pretty boring for someone so small. Honestly, that seems to be the general consensus, and i can do little more than agree. Small kids/teenagers should avoid.
The Voodoo museum is very interesting however the small rooms are stuffed with voodoo related items. Not a lot of room to walk around. I would not feel comfortable taking a child there unless the child was very interested in the history of voodoo.
Crowded and small, took my 16 yr old and he was completely bored with it.
This museum is very small, very crowded, and very cluttered.
Kids may find it boring...it's interesting but a very tiny place
10yo would probably not be interested at all
It's an interesting place, but a young kid may not be as interested
Its a very small place. Just 2 rooms. But its not scary or anything.
