Not any more scary than anything on TV. It is educational if you spend some time and read. As others have mentioned it is extremely small. Take your smartphone and look up more info on each thing and you will have a wonderful time.

Not scary at all, not even for my 5 year old granddaughter. It is also very small, but the guide/owner is very entertaining.
