Could be a cracked engine block if to the oil is milky looking. Indicates water mixing with the oil.
Remove your oil cap and look at it if it has a Milky white kind of goofy look to it the oil you have a blown head gasket depending on the car probably just want to scrap it if it's not a newer car
You can see your local repair shop and have the cooling systems pressurized and check for leaks.
Check your radiator cap, thermostat or water pump.
