This place has the potential to be the best in Oroville, but the cockroach inspection and spray every 6 months gets old pretty quick. If you can stay clean and don't have a lot to move its not a problem. Enjoyed my time living there. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There are no current two bedrooms and you have to get a application in office I wouldn't rent from them. Too many crimes stabbings and cockroaches
