After bay by tullies use a bober and a hook worm catch karge suze blue gill. Or trout fishing on streams hwy 70 near belden area cut thout trout nice pan size i cot there. Near docks on lake oroville use a plastic lizard,frog worm or lures .ask dock person if can some will let you others wont .but always ask .that qay if they say sure you can return one day .

Yes but it's a lottery based draw. You dont want to get caught in there hunting turkeys unless you won the draw. DFG headquarters it's right in the middle of the wildlife area, so best believe they are out there all the time.
