After bay by tullies use a bober and a hook worm catch karge suze blue gill. Or trout fishing on streams hwy 70 near belden area cut thout trout nice pan size i cot there. Near docks on lake oroville use a plastic lizard,frog worm or lures .ask dock person if can some will let you others wont .but always ask .that qay if they say sure you can return one day .

I was at the state wildlife area, fishing was slow on the river with a boat, some guides seemed to get some steelhead and trout. Nothing from the bank here.

There are a few wildlife areas that have good access. On Larkin rd and about a half mile from the freeway on HWY 162. East of town. Also there is a wildlife area on Ophir Rd but its pretty crowded cuz the salmon school up there
