Very unprofessional business. We paid them every month but our trash was never pick up according to the pick up scheduled. This is an awful business and we hated that we have to call them every week to have our trash pick up.

Crushed cans that were brand new and trash all over the street. Very rude and unprofessional. Especially after 3 weeks of no trash pickup. They sit on ur street so thay can fake doing their job because of the GPS. All they do is play on their phones.

Have called for months since the new driver has taken over after being trained to to drive in and take my garbage 1.5 bin. They have missed me 5 times already. And again today after calling the office to double confirm my service. I’m unsure what time they come now ? And charged extra for over load due to them not picking up. 😡still waiting on a manager call back 1 month later.

I do not see the date you asked this, but If it is during Thanksgiving week 2018, then Recology Centers are closed on Thursday and Friday. 11/22 and 11/23. Services will resume on Saturday, 11/24.
They have always picked up mine regardless of any holiday. Mine is a Monday pickup.

No. They will run on 1/2/19. They will be a day behind because of the holiday, and next week will be back to normal pick up schedule
Because of the holiday, trash sevice is a day behind. So if friday is your normal trash day,your trash will be picked up Saturday.
If they missed you, or a new driver is taking over for the day and missed you, then leave your bins out. They will come back for your bin the next day or 2 business days. If not, contact the Recology Center.
Beer Bottles such as Aluminum and Glass is good in the Recycle Bin. You will not get redemption.

This also happens to us they drove passed the can twice had to call to schedule a pick up.... so far they still havent showed...

Either meet the driver to advise him. Many times if you just stuff it, and pile it high they will still take it. Or, call recology to advise that you have additional debris at curbside for pickup. They will then advise driver of your need.
No sense in trying. I just ended up going to their office off fifth in Oroville.
