It's all about whether u wana risk it or not. Honestly, I dnt kno wut a Banshee is lol. Is it the type of vehicle that needs to be registered? Then decide if u wana take that risk.
We were out there with dirt bikes, which aren't a registering type vehicle so we were good to go.
