It's very Nice and Clean. The water is a little chilly at times but it's Okay. There is a Chair lift that can be Used to get You in or out of the pool. They have water aerobics at 9:00 a.m. and again at 10:00 a.m. come join the fun 💜🌹🌷

Love the course however the instructor has only showed up once in 4 sessions....u think they would have conveyed they don't actually instruct for their aquatics?!

Our CPR classes are listed under Programs on the ymcasuperiorcal.org website. We have them every 2nd Saturday and the class closes the week before the class. You are able to register through the website or by calling 530-533-9622
Yes, they have showers. One in each bathroom for men and women. I believe the children in the swimming lessons often use them.

Swim classes are fun! I know they have karate too but I'm not sure on the ages that the kids need to be to get signed up.
I am not aware of the YMCA having any rooms in Oroville.

Exercise Room Yes. Sauna No. But there is a large out door Pool. Set at 90 during the Winder.
