i hired a guy to do my yard weeding im gone so wasnt there but ,he pickup a baby deer .I know your not supposed to touch them.,my question is will the mother return and feed her young with human sent all over it.? If not then what it dies ?

I would call the Department of fish and game. Also the Humane society

So many things could have happened to the mother and she would be atound if not you should call kirschner to raise it.

If its small enough that he can catch it and pick it up, then its mother should have been very close by. They dont just leave em behind. I think the mother might not be alive anymore. Meaning that it was probably abandoned on accident. Keep an eye out. If she is alive she isnt far away
