This was my spot as a kid and we had just as much fun when I took my kids. The area was quiet. There were some people in the parking lot minding their business but I know sometimes it makes people uncomfortable. I love that there isn't a current and the water is clear. It also has plenty of shade close to the water that makes resting very comfortable.

They your the bleachers out and made the place look run down just to make the homeless leave, that's just ridiculous. I remember when everyone was welcome to go to the park at bedrock and have fun, now it is so dreary looking that I wouldn't take my kids there for fear of something happening to them

Yes there are fish. In bedrock park they have a calm area that makes fishing easier.
Some bass but mostly steelhead trout. Check with fish and game because I believe you can only keep planted trout and it's only open to fish for trout certain months.
