We didn’t even get to see the inside of the apartment until we gave them our money and signed the lease. Once we got to see the apartment we found out that they were very tiny, the refrigerator is tiny. They said they put the refrigerator in for people in wheelchairs, but the cupboard spaces are way up high, so how are people in wheelchairs supposed to reach those cupboards? There isn’t enough room for groceries and dishes and pots and pans. The outside is not maintained. They dug the grass up and have not turned the water back on yet, so it looks like a desert out in the front. Everything is dying out there all the bushes the flowers the trees . I would not recommend moving in here. They raise the rent anytime they want to. When they do raise the rent the amount is outrageous. Moving as soon as I can find something I can afford. I was told it doesn’t take section 8 which I was on before I moved here, then I found out that some people in these buildings are on SECTION 8. So because I was told this, I lost my SECTION 8 and I have to reapply and go on the waiting list again. This place is a scam. No manager on site except for two hours Tuesdays and Thursdays.
