The reviews are true. The Short hair manager(?) of the Menlo park store is unbelievably rude. I don't go into the store when I see her there. Don't want my day to be ruined by her rudeness.

I called to see if they had something in stock the person I spoke said yes and then went to check to be certain so I wouldn't waste a trip to the store. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful

The customer service is always on point and I love the various options on hand for essential oils, candles, bath salts. I appreciate seeing some of the items sold are also local and/or eco conscious.

No, they do not have that product but they have a lot of other very nice hair products. Quite a large selection and some great discounts. They have a large selection of beauty products, aromatherapy, personal hygiene, etc. Rather large store with a sort of hippie/yuppie vibe. Personally, I love this store. There is a Walgreens within a block or two that does carry the "Its a 10" products if you desire that specifically.
