This is a horrible place to live. Kids cuss at eachother and bully other kids. Couldn't even let my kids go outside to play because other kids would say discriminating things and harass them. I would never ever live here again. The people in the office are very rude. They dont help in any way. Kids vandalize everything.

Don't rent here too many rules like prison can't hang out with friends and family can't listen to music can't live that way! Children get bullied by staff my children were called retarded by the maintenance man, when they came to do repairs on things that needed attention he walked in on my wife while she was in the shower just getting out of it! Was there for 10 years was great at first then the last few years I was there it started falling apart mid 2016 got worse from there on! If you are looking for a place to call home this is not safe.

It's an awfully disgusting place to live. The people who live here and the neighbors next door, drug addicts and tweakers at night, and antagonistic children during the day. No parent knows how to be a parent. We've been subjugated bullying and vandalism by the children and threats and slander by the adults. It's truly a place to loose hope in humanity and the next generation.

Absolutely awful here. Cockroaches all over the parking lots and sidewalks. These apartments are infested!! Rent randomly gets raised by $150 dollars with no improvements to the apartment whatsoever. Neighbors can lie about you and you will automatically get in trouble over hearsay. Shady maintenance people will jump onto your patio and snoop through your closet trying to find something. These apartments are not safe. Cops here all the time. Please save your money and dont make the mistake of renting here

You can pick up an application in the front office!
The rent will depend on your household income and waiting time varies on the number of bedrooms. I believe the four bedroom is a long wait.
They don't have one bedrooms they have two bed 1 bath, 3 bed 1 1/2 bath, and 4 bed and I'm not sure if it's one and a half or two full bathrooms. I do believe they go based off of your income
Should be just go to the office and check
Yes. They also want rental history and do call. But don't let that scare you. My credit is not so good and still got an apartment.
As a companion animal only need to get a forum from the doctor before you get a dog
