How come your workers won't answer the phone

No one's in the Power Inn office.

I’ve being trying to file claim since March 2020 but nothing received yet. I tried calling hundreds of tome to just get the acn but couldn’t get through at all. It keep saying maximum number is reached. Now that it’s a great need to get paid it’s still a great deal to even get someone to answer the call or to give me the ACN to proceed filling your claim because it won’t move forward without that number. EDD should assist in asigning an associate for jut that purpose of getting ACN. It’s so frustrating
