They have amazing vendors, the staff need to be "harassed" to even respond back to you to send you the email to sign the contract to even get the paper work started for said vender. I am getting annoyed. You have to leave multiple voicemails and emails to even get a call back.

This building is bad and needs to be torn down. It’s just plain disrespectful to have this old building in the heart of downtown. The city of Sacramento needs to demolish it and build a high rise here. Waste of space for a dirty building with unhelpful staff.

Helpful with resources but they refuse to provide a letter indicating you are too disabled to qualify for the program...so that was really frustrating.
