Is there was a negative start this would be more appropriate. Everyone if the employees with no exception is RUDE and lazy. I have been trying to deal with them for over a month. The second they realize they might have to do a little bit of work they simply hang up the phone leaving you frustrated. This morning I was able to get a hold of a supervisor that made the experience much smoother, gave me all the right information and promised to deal with his employees. California officials need to get their heads out of theirs butts and need to see what’s going on with their employees

Information about return/refund policies is available on the Attorney General's website. https://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/refunds In California, retailers that won’t give a full refund or credit, allow an equal exchange, or any combination of these options, within seven days of purchase when goods are returned with a receipt, must clearly display their policy stating so.
