Came here today to pay for renewal of my guard card and just to let you know the lady was very sweet and fast but I thought I could pay with my card cause that’s what I was told at the other place and I could not you have to pay with exact cash which was $40 and or you can pay with a money order a check and that’s

Is there was a negative start this would be more appropriate. Everyone if the employees with no exception is RUDE and lazy. I have been trying to deal with them for over a month. The second they realize they might have to do a little bit of work they simply hang up the phone leaving you frustrated. This morning I was able to get a hold of a supervisor that made the experience much smoother, gave me all the right information and promised to deal with his employees. California officials need to get their heads out of theirs butts and need to see what’s going on with their employees

I have assumed a solar lease from Sunrun on my recently purchased home. They say they are charging me $15 a month (27%) unless I let them sign up for direct bill pay from my account?

Jeff Armstrong | Sep 15, 2019
California Department of Consumer Affairs | Sep 15, 2019

Hi Jeff. The Department of Consumer Affairs has jurisdiction over the installation of the solar project, but not over the leasing/financial aspect. The terms of the solar lease would have been disclosed during the purchase process. Your best option may be to contact the company and negotiate that fee with them. You may find more information here: https://www.gosolarcalifornia.org/solar_basics/pricing_financing.php
