They say you can go to their site and apply for a resale permit, or you can visit one of their field offices. But there is no way to apply on their site and there is no information about field office locations. I called them to get this info and have been on hold for a ridiculous amount of time being forced to listen to this snarky sounding man repeating useless information.

From time to time I have dealt with nice people. The filing is still burdensome and businesses receive no compensation for the administration of the state's collection of sales tax. The late fee is outrageous. For example, if you owed $5k in sales tax the fee is $300. On top of that there is an interest fee. But no matter what you call it, it's a rip-off!
