I purchased a Kenmore Oasis Washing Machine from Simply Appliance on Arden Way. I paid cash. Approximately $400 in delivery fees and supposed repair of the appliance. The manager of the Better Business Bureau suggested I call them. The woman I spoke with was vile and told me to go on line. Our California Bureau of Household Goods and Services is no assistance. I'm surprised California doesn't have an agency that helps customers who have dishonest businesses selling products and services.

No one answers my calls. No one returns my messages. BEAR told me six months ago that someone would handle my case in less than a month. Pure irony. We need consumer protection from consumer protection. Who oversees this bureaucracy.
