This is my first time at Muv and had an amazing experience! The lobby is decorated so cute for Halloween and the girls at the front desk were so sweet. They helped me with getting set up in their system and let me know about their sales. When I was taken through, they explained some of their more niche products to me, like the inhaler and lotions, which were cool to learn about. I'm an edibles and bud person. Their grape gummies were so delicious that I accidentally ate two for sleep and got a full eight hours for the first time in over a year! The buds were nice too. Shiny with crystals and flavorful. I had an absolute blast with my budtenders, love my products so far, and can't wait to go back again!

Employees need to learn to respect nonetheless greet patients while walking up to the check in counter. Beyond rude of the two young ladies at the front who kept talking amongst each other about what they are smoking later in the day while me and other patients are facing them. To top it off, both online and live menu showed a product in stock, get up to the counter only to be told that it’s not in stock. Why have it on online menu AND live menu then? Won’t be back for awhile.
