The office staff was polite, I saw the doctor for about 7 minutes. The nurse did my exam, advised she would send my medication to the pharmacy and told me to follow-up in 2 weeks. I paid out of pocket, set my next appt and checked with the pharmacy 2 days later to get the meds. They didn't have them, so i called Dr Lanzas office that day and left a message. Checked almost a week later, still nothing. Called and left 2 messages and got a call back. I was left a voicemail advising the pharmacy information I provided was incorrect (I use the same local pharmacy -Walgreens- for my son's insulin) and that the meds were sent to another pharmacy. Whatever. I called the other pharmacy, and they had no records of meds being sent. I left ANOTHER voicemail and cancelled my appt. My time and health is too important to me, and in addition, if I'm paying cash to be seen in your office, I don't feel it's unreasonable to get the medication I was told I needed sent to my local pharmacy OR if it's sent elsewhere at least confirm that with me first. I am so dissatisfied and won't return to this office.

Absolutely I would give 10 stars if possible. From our first interaction with Christine and the office through the nurses, assistants and in closing with Dr. John Lanza everything was flawless and a pleasure. Dr. Lanza spent time to examine, discuss and more importantly share his knowledge and recommendations above and beyond what is accustomed. Could not recommend any more highly and grateful for the experience. Thanks Doc!
