I want to Thank Martin Funeral Home and especially Donna for the kindness and patience taking care of our Mom.

Don’t deal with this company and take your business elsewhere. The director Susan is extremely rude and condescending. We will never do business with this company.

When my father passed suddenly my brother and sister and I didn't know where to begin. Something lead us to Martin funeral home where we met Susan king. She guided us with such genuine care and love. She helped us find peace with the overwhelming realization that we would no longer be seeing our father. Susan must have had a calling to this profession, she truly connected with us an seemed to relate to us as if we were family. She is such a special person who went out of her way to make sure we were keeping my fathers wishes. I can't say enough about the impact she has had on us and what a blessing is was that we found her!

What a horrible experience at one of the worst time of our lives. While the staff in the Port St Lucie office is heartwarming and good at what they do, the owner/funeral director Susan is clearly not in the right job. She lacks compassion, appears to be deceitful and even spiteful. When we initiated our interaction at the Funeral parlor to arrange the funeral of my son in law, (33) after his tragic death, I met with a funeral director (which was his last day) who was extremely compassionate and helpful with planning. Unfortunately, that was his last day and the owner stepped in. That was when things began to become a disappointing and heartbreaking experience to deal with this unprofessional woman. During an unbelievable heart wrenching time for our family, we had to deal with issues and disappointments with Martin Funeral. I cannot believe that after one month since my son in laws service, the owner is continuing to play games, while we are struggling to heal and adapt to life after this horrific tragedy. I strongly recommend you DO NOT use this establishment.

For example, the remains can be retained in a beautiful personalized urn, buried in the ground, enclosed in a columbarium niche or mausoleum, or scattered in a place with special meaning. Other unique options include having the cremated remains incorporated into a living ocean reef, placed in lockets and other jewelry, or made into a brilliant gemstone.
