Greetings, My 1st visit (July 20,2021) to establish new pcp & a few referrals. Organized, clean, helpful & so far great pcp ! Dr Meghan Garland actually sat & listened, eye contact, answered my questions & seemed genuine. Thank you all !!!

Does a real person actually ever answer the phone or do they keep playing the music and reminding you to make an appointment online if you don't like waiting. Is the phone system set up so that you will never get a human being?

No one answers the phone. You can leave a message for them to call you back...but they NEVER do. It's been a week that I have been leaving messages about getting my prescription refilled. I have two pills left. Still haven't heard back.
